Your Personal Data will be retained by TXIO until explicitly removed by request, as per the section: Removal of Data.

TXIO will remove your Personal Data by email request. Email sent to support@txio.ca with an explicit instruction to remove Personal Data associated with the user's email account will be carried out by TXIO.

Security controls are intended to protect Personal Data.
